Players can quickly find and join the perfect events through your website using the events widget. This widget lists all your upcoming events, allowing players to tap on an event, sign the waiver, and make their payment.
How to Embed the Widget
- Go to your group page on the web and navigate to Dashboard.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Embed and choose either:
- Events: Displays a list of upcoming events.
- Calendar: Displays events in a monthly calendar view.
- Click on Copy Code to copy the embed code to your clipboard, then paste it into your website.
If you're using a platform like Squarespace or a similar website builder, simply paste the embed code into an HTML code block.
Displaying a Subset of Events
To create separate pages on your website for different types of events (by sport, skill level, location, etc.), you can use tags. Under Required Tags, specify the list of tags each event must have to be displayed.
And that's it! You've transformed your website into an engaging, interactive tool that lets players join your events seamlessly.
